I just wanted to say Hi! I was writing about my Cure over on AT and got into some cooking for the first time in a long time and wanted to share. This super simple steak recipe is a cobbled together from Alton Brown, Cree LeFavour and Richard Chamberlain. It really requires good, thick meat, however:

Hi guys,

I hope everyone is enjoying that deep-cleansing high that accompanies a cure...

Compliments to Sara Kate and all of the other bloggers on the frequency and volume of posts, links & information so far! I've really enjoyed sitting down with a coffee this morning and working my way through all the great ideas.

Now I'm off to make some slow cooker stock! :-)

Good ideas to use up quinoa flour? Normally, I make Heidi Swanson's quinoa-and-corn-flour crepes; they're fantastic, but I'm hoping for some other ideas to use up the bag I have in my pantry. I imagine some gluten-free eaters have some ideas (though that's not a requirement for me). Vegetarian dishes preferred.

I was so happy to find this cure happening! I may be a bit late to the party, but I can't wait to see what changes happen in my kitchen! I've been thinking about tackling it for a long time now. :)

Hello! I joined in here a week late, but caught up today! I had already tackled my fridge and pantry, so today i dug my old chicken carcasses out of the freezer, made some broth, and did some serious cabinet reorganizing. I threw out old Tupperware that had no lids (although i think my husband dug them back out of the recycle bin!), wiped everything down, reorganized and feel much better about life for it! strange how little things like cleaning your space makes you feel so much better! Now, is there a spare bedroom cure???

Hi. I started trying to catch up and now the contents of my cabinets are sitting on the floor and I'm painting the cabinets inside and out. There should be a warning on this cure!

Hey there, I was just wondering if there's going to be a Fall 2009 Kitchen Cure as well. I think we all need it now that the season's changing and there's so much produce abound.

Thanks!
