Kitchen Spotlight: Dan's Green and Bright

Most of you weren't fans of Dan's wall o' fruit stickers above his kitchen sink, but we have a hunch that you'll find something else to appreciate in his light, bright, green kitchen. Here's a peek at a homey bachelor pad kitchen, with plenty of details that we really enjoyed.

1 Peeking into the kitchen.
2 A small stove, but bright potholders.
3 Lovely colors.
4 A breezy window.
5 Succulents by the window.
6 The infamous backsplash of fruit stickers.

Yeah, there's just something incredible about that stove. Looks better than plain ol' white in that setting.

Great use of the old kitchen drawer on the wall(!)... interesting set list, by the way. :)

ooh, I love that sponge holder on the wall of fruit stickers. Sponge laying in the sink (or even better, in water in a soaking dish/pot) is probably my biggest kitchen-related pet peeve. GROSS.

Our kitchen is that same green -- love it! It's so bright and sunny, but funkier than your standard yellow kitchen. Ours is paired with a dark charcoal backsplash and paint beneath the chair rail, and the room has various red accents. I like it with the browns and oranges here too.
