So, let's say you're still thinking about those DIY Girl Scout cookies. But the idea of making cookies is a little too much work. You want to be outside, enjoying the sunshine this weekend. Well, these Samoas bars are marginally less work — no cookies to cut out. Will that put it over the top for you?
We saw these Samoas bars at Crepes of Wrath, where blogger Sydney adapted them from Baking Bites' recipe. These look utterly, utterly delicious and decadent. Bad for a diet, bad for swimsuit weather, but oh so good for one last winter treat. Sydney even gives very helpful step-by-step photos for the whole process of baking these.

These don't look adapted at all, they look to follow the baking bites bar samoas recipe exactly which was already a modification of the original on the baking bites website.

I've made these! To make these even quicker and easier, try spreading chocolate on the base after it comes out of the oven, then flipping it over to add the topping (rather than dipping the bottoms of individual bars).

However you do it - definitely do it! They're super yummy!

The problem with these would be wanting to eat all of the bars!
