Hungry For: Strata with Cipollini Onions and Arugula

2007_11_27-Hungry.jpg

Breakfast is essential, especially on cold mornings. Williams-Sonoma is featuring an indulgent brunch menu that, taken all together, would be a feast suitable for Christmas morning. But we can see making one of the dishes, this Strata with Cipollini Onions and Arugula, any time.

Asiago cheese and French bread make for a yummy and warm breakfast.

(The rest of the menu includes things like Mini Doughnuts and Almond Scones with Tangerine Curd.)

Williams-Sonoma had a similar recipe in last year's catalog. It was Sausage and Swiss Chard Strata, and soooooooooooo good.
