Flavor Inspiration Board: Raspberries and Lemon

Just the thought of raspberries and lemon together in the same recipe makes our mouths water! All that tartness in one dish is almost more than we can handle - almost! - but we also can't help reaching for another big spoonful. What are your favorite recipes starring this snappy flavor combo?

that sounds yummy! i love grapefruit and vanilla. sounds crazy, i know - but there's this ice cream shop just outside of raleigh that makes pink grapefruit ice cream. it's so light and refreshing, and adding just a little bit of vanilla cuts the tartness just enough! amazing! sunniskys.com is the website of the shop... check it out.

This is one of my favourite combinations this summer. I've been making a very basic yogurt cake with lemon zest and then I just scatter raspberries in the batter - it's really simple and quick but always good. I might have to make this tomorrow now that it's in my mind...
