Each Sweet Heat package includes one box of Organic True Cinnamon and Organic Ancho Chile, and each box has 12 individual packets of the spice.

Nutmeg. I love the scent of this- it reminds me of my childhood. While others drank cups of hot cocoa, I'd drink cups of warm nutmeg flavored milk.

Hi, Love the teas! So would my husband. The spices I enjoy are nutmeg added to my hot cocoa and rice pudding. Of course, it is wonderful in pumpkin pies, too. The other is pepper because I don't add salt to any food. Thanks for another fun contest.....Cindi

Ginger is my lover, but cinnamon is my friend through thick and thin. That tiny pinch added to the chili, that smidge in the banana bread, that dash in the brownies, that speck in the chocolate chip cookies. Never enough for most people ti identify it, but just enough to add a little something extra that makes everything so tasty.

Growing up in New Mexico I am rather attached to chile peppers. The combination of smooth chocolate and the warm heat of green or red chile is fantastic. Another favorite concoction is homemade chile-cinnamon caramel sauce [goes great over vanilla ice cream].

Of the spices listed on the site, cinnamon is my favourite. Can be used in savory and sweet dishes, smell delicious and is a perfect add-in to my coffee.

But my favourite spice off the list is Cumin! Subtle, earthy and delicious in so many dishes.

Right now my favorite spice is curry. I love the combination of curry, raisins and tomatoes. Don't knock it until you've tried it. It's delicious on chicken.

Once had an idea about coming out with a product linr called "Pungent Spices" in individual packets like these. Each packet sealed on Nitrogen would include the harvest date, psck date and most importantly the expiration date of the spices contained in the packets!

Ay yi yi, it's impossible to pick! I would have to go with any one of a zillion varieties of hot chile, fiery and fruity habanero being at the top of the list. I also love cardamom, saffron, smoked paprika, peppercorns of all colors, and am a collector of different salts.

My current favorite spice is Paprika. I work with a woman who is from another country and at her suggestion have been using this in my cooking. It's my spice du jour right now.
