As we make our way through Grilling Month we're on the lookout for fresh, light meals for hot weather. We are actually not that excited about heavy burgers and steaks in the heat. This crab salad with a mix of unusual flavors grabbed out interest.
We think it looks incredibly refreshing, with tomatoes, scallions and dill for herbed flavor and summer freshness, and raspberries and raspberry vinegar for a hint of sweet.
The corn is smoky, coming off the grill with an earthy flavor - all bound together with the sweet taste of crabmeat.





That looks incredibly good. I agree, no heavy meats. This looks light and tasty. I'll give it a try!
