So many things! First I'd make "Crockpot Venison" with mushrooms, onions, and root vegetables (my dad would be so proud!), then I'd use it just as a dutch oven to make chicken with 40 cloves of garlic (which will either make me the most or least popular apartment-dweller in my building), and then on to steel-cut oatmeal! I had such terrible luck with the first one, that only by winning one will I give it another try. The lid is not heavy enough and allows steam to escape, thus negating the entire "enclosed-steam-moisture-cooking" concept.
But, that said, I will give it another try if I win one, and I'd make white bean chicken chili.
