OH NO! I hate to be extreme, but I have longed for pots and pans from Le Creuset for some time now. And the color is exactly what I hoped my pots would be! Ok... down to business... What would I make with these lovelies? My Roasted Sweet Potato African Stew (needs both the oven and stove top, which these could handle wonderfully!). A good Persian Rice dish with cranberries and saffron would be awesome too though and I imagine the crust one would get from these would be praise-worthy. Well, crossing my fingers! Thanks AT!
