My favorite is grilled ahi tuna.

My favorite grilled sandwich is the Reuben: corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, russian dressing on sourdough rye.... Now that I am a vegetarian, I substitute marinated tempeh or marinated seitan for the corned beef.... Yummy!!! Makes my mouth water just thinking about it!! Happy Holidays everyone!!

What doesn't taste good grilled?

There is nothing quite as fabulous as a grilled dessert -- grilled peaches drizzled with honey and served over vanilla ice cream. Mmmmm!

I love to grill shrimp wrapped in bacon, but I would try the croque-monsieur recipe in today's LA Times :)

Paneer Tikkas: paneer (a milky Indian cheese) cubes, and cubes of onions and peppers marinated in a yogurt-based spicy tandoori marinade, then skewered and grilled until the edges char. Heavenly!

Determining my most favorite thing to grill is prooving difficult. Hmmm, ok! Grilled cheese. Straight up. Good sourdough, yummy cheddar (sharp please), and served hot so the cheese strings out. Yum. With the temperature dipping a hearty grilled cheese is just what the doctor calls for.

When I cook for vegetarians, I make grilled "chicken" Seitan (so yummy!), but I love filet mignon for myself!
