MMmmm... I've been scarfing down heaps of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries for about a month now... Just saw some golden raspberries on sale at the market and gooseberries are coming on strong too. Can't wait to get to the market again this weekend and start freezing some for future use!

I didn't see them Monday, but it's a very small market on Mondays. Lots of rainer and bing sweet cherries tho...

Strawberries, yes! Another favorite desert -- prepare three bowls. One with berries, another with sour cream and the third with dark brown sugar. Pick a berry, dip it in the sour cream, in the sugar and chew. You will not be disappointed.
Tristars were at the Union Square Greenmarket last Saturday as well.
