What does harvest look like? In our part of the world it looks like fields of dried cornstalks, trees full of scarlet apples, and pumpkin patches. In other parts of the world, harvest time may look very different. Here's a glimpse of tea harvest (and tea harvesters)...

I know you're trying to show as many examples as possible, and I'm glad you're going for CC licensed work, but why include a vintage shot of Japan when most of the other shots seem to be of modern day workers? It just seems so unnecessarily romanticized.

@squidlette, yes, it was just very beautiful. I also thought it was interesting how - from the oldest shot to the newest (and in many shots I didn't include) - nearly all the tea pickers were women.
