Apartment Therapy's Poet Laureate, Shannon Holman, recently had an opening in Charleston that was billed as "Shannon Holman Eats Her Words" but Shannon decided to turn the tables and have the guests eat her words instead.
Armed with an edible paper called wafer paper and edible ink from New York Cake, Shannon printed up some unusual decorations for an angel food cake that was served at the opening. Now that's multi-media.
