Art Month Etsy Spotlight: Natural Light Photography

Some of us love original art in our homes and kitchens but just don't have the cash for even mid-priced paintings and photos. So the arts and crafts free-for-all that is Etsy has been welcomed with open arms.

Etsy offers young artists an accessible way to show off their work and lets the rest of us support them while discovering unique, affordable art. We'll be showcasing a few artists whose work reflects food and cooking during the last week of Art Month.

The first artist...

...goes by the nickname chocokat0718, and her Etsy store is called Natural Light Photography. She has a beautiful array of professionally printed, signed photos, and several, like the photo above of mung beans over shaved ice, titled A View From Above, would be great in a kitchen or over a dining table. Her photos are priced at $18-$20, plus shipping.

Here's another one I like, called Romantic Aubergine.

They seem to be for childrens' rooms, but I think they'd look so cool in a big open, modern kitchen!
