Oh my. Just... Oh my. Too bad we already ate dinner, because Pete Carpenter's panini made us want to hurry off and whip up one of these sandwiches here and now. Another photo below...

We're also always interested in No-Knead Bread variations, like his olive bread here. We are very ready for fresh greens, like arugula!

Oh. Oh. OH. I haven't eaten dinner yet! And the only component of this sandwich I have on hand is some arugula in the greenhouse, which my annoying farm cat Sylvester is probably curled up on (acres and acres to roam and he has to sleep on the one tiny patch of edibles I've been coddling along all winter). Faith, that is so not fair. ; )
