We see brussels sprouts on the stalk at the farmers' markets and also got them a few times in our CSA. Ours leaned up against the wall in the kitchen, but this would have been so much cooler. A glittery star on top and voila, you've got a miniature Christmas tree. It might make a really great centerpiece for a holiday dinner party.
The next day: brussels sprouts for breakfast.

This is such a cool idea! Maybe for my holiday party I'll do this and then eat them the next day.

I suppose it's better than eating them! Actually it looks cute...but I personally can't stand the taste of them.
