These fruit pies are tiny and beautiful, and they would be very easy to make. All you would need is a batch of these Homemade Phyllo Cups and a fruit filling. We would like to try the delicious raisin filling from those Martha Stewart Oatmeal Raisin Squares.
What sort of winter fruit filling would you put in these little pies?

I'm seeing those filled with about three cherries each, with a dollop of whipped cream on top.

I'd do a fig puree maybe with some orange zest and sherry and a tiny cream cheese icing piped star on top.

I use those phyllo cups to put a bit of cream cheese on the bottom and a dollop of raspberry jam on top for an instant mini raspberry cheesecake.

Oh, I also have used them with a bit of cocktail sauce and a shrimp on top of that, garnished with a sprig of dill for a mini shrimp cocktail appetizer.
