Great to have this recipe. I had a pumpkin with maple soup recently that was delicious. I was afraid it might be too sweet but it wasn't. They'd also added lots of black pepper (which I really like), maybe to counter balance sweetness. It was good. I'd try this recipe, prob. cut the cinnamon.
