Food Blog Roundup: 10.03.06

Here’s a little sampling of home cooking courtesy of bloggers. If there’s a theme here, I’d say it’s simple comfort in many guises. Me, I can’t seem to get enough pasta this week. (ramen, spaghetti, you name it) Must be the slightly chilly weather here in San Francisco.

This Ochazuke or tea soup from Scent of Green Bananas looks mighty nourishing and just the thing for an overcast day.

I’ve never heard of pretzel dumplings, but these little beauties from Delicious Days look like they're worth trying.

Simply Recipes uses up the last of the summer squash and eggplant to make a ratatouille with sausages.

Over at Chez Pim, there’s this delicious sounding Greek dish over pasta...more eggplant.

MeatHenge cooks up some local Fatted Calf sausages over a maple fire.
