i made heidi's curry on saturday night for my sick boyfriend (of course, i modified the heck out of it, but that's another story)
this is one DELICIOUS recipe
the buttermilk adds so many levels of intrigue and nuance to such a simple curry
i highly encourage other curry lovers to give it a go!
