Best of 3: Chips, Dip, and Bacon for the Final Four

2009_04_03-Snacks.jpgSo, the Final Four is this weekend. Are you planning on some quality couch time? Some of us here at The Kitchn are wildly excited about basketball playoffs, and others of us are barely aware, but we all agree that we have some great recipes in the archives for your snacking pleasure. We'll narrow it down to three and give you three ideas for homemade TV-snacking treats.

Here are three ideas, with a rather moderate range of, ahem, health consciousness.

1. DIY Microwave Potato Chips - Make your own potato chips! So easy, and you control how thin and crispy they are.

2. Bacon-Wrapped Potato Bites with Spicy Sour Cream Dipping Sauce - Wow! The mother of all sports-party appetizers. Deeeliciioussss......

3. Kale Chips - Keep it really light with these surprisingly addictive and tasty kale chips. Try with some vinegar and olive oil, or some pepper and sea salt. Delicious!

Do you have any plans for sports parties this weekend? What are you eating?
