I was excited that you seemed to be including non US-residence in this survey draw (as is so rare on the internet), and you even have a field for country but when I fill it out the drop-down for state doesn't change, and it's impossible to submit the form if your not from the USA... I have a feeling this is a glitch or else why would you have gone though all the trouble of adding all those countries to the drop-down.
