It's hard not to love toast. Warm bread with butter or jam, it could be one of life's most perfect foods (or maybe we are just more toast-tastic than most). It's also a great way to make the day a little more special. For awhile now we've had our eye on "toast stampers" that keep popping up, but we had a hard time paying for something that we already owned.... cookie cutters.

Mondays was Monster Toast day, when my children were little. We colored bits of milk, the kids painted "monster faces" onto the bread, then it was put in the toaster. The face survived the slight browning and made breakfast a little more exciting!
