I was planning on baking bread this weekend - not the notorious no-knead sensation, however, but a hearty loaf of oat sandwich bread to see me through the next few days. Sandwich bread, of course, doesn't get shaped into a freeform boule; it needs a loaf pan, and this stoneware version caught my eye. ($18.95, Bliss)
We've mentioned Typhoon's charming vintage-inspired products before, and they keep putting out lovely stuff. This stoneware vintage loaf pan would also make a beautiful serving dish for a cold terrine or hot baked spread.

What kind of recipe do you use? I made a loaf of oat sandwich bread off the back of the King Arthur Flour bag last week and it was great! Such tasty toast!
I used my old aluminum pans from my Grandpa's house, they do the trick :)
Oh, another Typhoon lovely... (:
