There's digital timers, and there's double digital timers, and then there's triple digital timers - like this one at Sur La Table.
The Polder Triple Kitchen Timer and Clock ($21.95, Sur La Table) has three separate timers, plus a clock and a stopwatch feature (for when you have to beat those eggs for exactly 39 seconds). It can go up to 20 hours, which is nice for long-cooked braises and bread rises, and it has a big face so you can see the numbers easily.

I'm a big fan of the four channel timer that I use in lab. True, it doesn't display all the times at once, but it counts up and down and has four different beeps, which is completely necessary in a large lab.
My name is linked to my thisnext page on the item in question. You can get this from almost any science supply joint.
I put velcro on mine, so I can stick it next to a small whiteboard I have in the kitchen. I drew three little boxs on with permanent marker that line up with each timer, so I can label what each is for.
Sidenote: Amazon sells it for significantly less and it's eligible for Prime/Super Saver shipping.
