Conscientious Cook: Litquake Presents The Politics of Food

2006_10_06market.jpgFrom the sustainability of the seafood we buy, to whether or not our beef was raised on pasture, to the pros and cons of Big Organic, the decisions we make every time we cook matter a lot.

For anyone who wants to find out more about the politicization of food, this Tuesday, October 10th at the Commonwealth Club, Litquake presents a line-up of heavy hitting food activists, educators and journalists who will discuss the politics of food.
