I've been eating Harissa since I was a kid, but what's so funny is that I didn't know that it was called Harissa because my aunt (who is from France) would just call it 'hot sauce', and I never really looked at the tube it was in. So about five years ago or so, I was reading about Harissa, and wondered what it was and what it tasted like, and I felt really dumb when it turned out I had been eating it all along.
