It’s been a long hot summer and I’m sure that many of us in Southern California are eagerly awaiting cooler weather and all the food that goes along with it. Perhaps you’d be interested in the hands-on cooking class that’s coming up at Sur La Table at the Farmers’ Market.
Students will lean to make hearty, slow-cooked favorites such as Coq au Vin, Pollo Arrosto di Modena (Italian Roast Chicken in Balsamic Marinade), and Pescado a la Vercruzana (Mexican fish – Veracruz-Style).
