apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

On Monday November 7th, Slow Food NYC along with Dija Amer and Greta Dana, the chef-owners of the new Williamsburg taqueria Taco Chulo (318 Grand Street, Brooklyn), will host a tortilla-making class at the restaurant.

Participants will learn all aspects of the process, from mixing the masa and shaping and pressing the dough to griddling the cakes and preparing tasty fillings. Tacos and beverages will be served as part of the class.
