their tastings are great, really generous pours and always a wide, fantastic and unusual selection

Discovery Wines is really nice. The owners are very good about getting people good value whether you want to spend $8 or $50 bottles. Sure, it's a sign that the East Village has gone condo but I'll take this over another shi-shi restaurant anyday.
I just wish they had a better website, I'd love to be able to include them in the weekly wine pick.
