What are you up to this weekend NYC cooks? Here's some events for your to-do list ...
Fishs Eddy's spring bright Colorware is on sale for 25% off from now until Sunday at their store in the Flatiron. How about a daffodil yellow cereal bowl or a pitcher in classic pink?
Also, culinary instructor Arthur Schwartz will demonstrate recipes from his latest book tomorrow ...
Schwartz will present contemporary versions of Jewish-American cooking such as latkes, challah, brisket and kreplach. He'll be at Broadway Panhandler in Manhattan, 65 East 8th Street (between Broadway and University), from 2-3 p.m. tomorrow. Schwartz's book also traces the lore and history of individual dishes. He'll sign copies of this latest book, Arthur Schwartz's Jewish Home Cooking: Yiddish Recipes Revisited
, after the class.
Brooklyn Flea kicks off this Sunday. Anyone going to scrounge around for kitchenware? Check out all this food.

I'm doing the same thing. Union Square Greenmarket on Saturday and Brooklyn Flea on Sunday. I just hope the weather cooperates.
