These laser-cut Filigree and Star Cupcake Wrappers from Paper Orchid come in a variety of designs; see some more of our favorites after the jump. At $1 apiece they're not cheap, but they can make simple cakes and whipped cream into a special treat for the holiday.

Oh my, they are beautiful! I don't ever plan on buying them ($ and paper waste and all that) but dang, if someone gave me a pack I'd use 'em.

These are begging to get copied by some one with a factory in China. $1 each isn't cost effective for a small catering company, and I'm guessing that the profit margin isn't all that great, either.
