Next stop on our tour of professional ranges, the 30" Jade Range (model RJGR3070A), a 4-burner professional range made by folks who supply fine restaurant and culinary school kitchens around the country.
The price (about $3000) is what draws up to the range, although we haven't been able to find out much more about it online. Having cooked on Jade products in culinary school, we can attest to the company's overall quality, but we're guessing it would be dangerous to compare the home-version too rigorously with the commercial-grade ranges we used.
