This spring I've been craving something light, but chock-full of seasonal produce. As it gets warmer out, I doubt I'm alone. Well, look no further! If you like fish, peas, and lots of minty things, this recipe is for you. This beautiful dish from Art de Fête is worthy of an easy night at home or a swanky spring party with friends.

There is just so much going on in this dish: swordfish is rubbed with a mixture of mustard and fennel and then added to a bed of minty pea hummus. All you need is a good bottle of wine to go with this recipe.

What spring recipes are you enjoying right now that are light and chock-full of seasonal produce?
