Do you feel twinges of nostalgia every time you see a recipe for cherry pie? Does the very smell of diner coffee make you want to hum the intro music to the best TV show of all time*? Well, I have good news for you: The very unofficial Twin Peaks cookbook is set to be released on November 15 this year — just in time for Thanksgiving.

Damn Fine Cherry Pie is a cookbook and guide inspired by the world of Twin Peaks, the brilliant '90s TV show directed by David Lynch. The cookbook is not authorized by the show, however, and was written by superfan Lindsey Bowden. She is also the founder and producer of the Twin Peaks UK festival. The book contains a history of the show, crafts, entertaining suggestions, and 80 recipes inspired by the show. Here are some of the recipe names you can look forward to reading.

  • Shelley Johnson's Cherry Pie
  • Log Lady's Chocolate and Chestnut Roulade
  • Audrey Horne's Cherry Twist
  • Doc Hayward's Diet Lasagna
  • Dale Cooper's Ducks on the Lake

This cookbook is only just the beginning for Twin Peaks fans. As you might know, the show is getting a second life sometime in 2017. Until then, we can make (and eat) our own cherry pie and hope Kyle Maclachlan can take some time away from his illustrious wine-making business to solve another mystery.

*Not up for debate. This is a fact.
