Awesome, although I think they are being unrealistic with the whole death to cookbooks thing. I've bought at least 8 cookbooks since I started reading food blogs but only one or two in my entire lifespan before that. Its an example of the more you know the more you want to know. Besides so many blogs just modify cookbook or magazine recipes that there will always be a place for them.
