The Series of Texture: Turning Food Into Modern Art

Who knew that cold cuts could look so, well, Pollock-esque? Photographer and artist Beth Galton along with artistic partner Charlotte Omnès highlight the texture of ordinary food with a nod to modern art. I hope you're hungry for some Rothko.

Food as an artistic medium seems to be getting more and more popular, and Galton seems to always take things to a whole new level. You may remember Galton from her Cut Foods project, which also examined food and art in a totally unique way.
