This meal planning pad is an Amazon best-seller, and has over 200 reviews — most of them are five stars. The pad includes two columns: "Dinner" and "Not Dinner." The "Dinner" column breaks up the week by day and includes little check boxes to say whether you're cooking, getting takeout, or going out for dinner. There's also room for notes to say what you're eating. The "Not Dinner" column includes big blocks of notes for breakfast and Lunch.
My favorite feature of this pad is that there's a pretty strong magnet on the back so you can hang it on your fridge for easy access.
