The New School's Culinary Studies Catalog is Out

For New Yorkers who want to sharpen their knife skills, spice up their Mexican cooking, or sweeten their pastry talents, the New School's Culinary Studies Program is a great way to go. With more than 100 different courses offered seven days a week (morning, afternoon, evening and weekends), the New School has one of the largest and least intimidating rosters of cooking classes in the city. From professional-level certificate courses in cooking and restaurant management, and culinary business courses, to recreational cooking and baking courses, wine courses, and food studies and culinary history courses, the New School has you covered, no matter what your hunger for food-related knowledge is in 2006.
