The Kitchen Office: A Bad Idea?

With rent prices still going up for some of us in the more popular metropolitan areas, many are nixing the idea of the "home office" altogether. Instead, individuals are renting out their old offices and turning their kitchen tables into all-in-one eating, computing, and work areas for the sake of convenience and saving money. The question is - will this merger of keyboard and food backfire?
