We've been loving all the photos coming in from your Thanksgiving tables. We have one more round to show you a little later this morning, but first we have a question. What's left from your Thanksgiving dinner? Did anything survive the weekend? Here's a look at a few ideas for using up some of your leftovers in creative and easy ways.

We have quite a bit left over-if only because we roasted our own 12lb turkey on Saturday night with the sole purpose of having leftovers. A little bit of stuffing and gravy are tucked away in the freezer to defrost a bit later this week for some pot pie.
Still have leftover roasted-garlic mashed potatoes! Lovely as they were hot and fresh, the garlic flavor wasn't so nice fried up as potato cakes next day. I made a celery broth (I'm veg) and I've got leeks, so tonight I'm concocting a soup. Maybe grate in a little gruyere? some chives? My omnivorous husband will probably garnish it with bacon. Never tried this before, so I'm cautiously hopeful.
I've just got Matzoh Ball Soup (yes, that is a part of our Thanksgiving) and a tiny bit of turkey. Ate the last of the pecan pie last night.
I did a massive leftover feast tonight. Turkey pot pie using left over gravy and turkey. Used puff pastry I meant to use in the original dinner but didn't. Did a modified version of the stuffing stuffed mushroom caps. Used left over puff pastry to make cranberry brie bites. And then used the left over stuffing and puff pastry to make stuffing roll ups! All of it was delish and it didn't feel like leftovers at all.
