I could probably eat an unlimited amount of cherries when they are in season. Mostly I just eat them straight from the bag or container, too greedy to actually save them for any recipe. This year, however, it's time to set up my game. These four bloggers have some great recipes that highlight my favorite summer fruit.
Cherries are seen a lot in desserts – pies, cobblers, and in brownies. This year, however, I'm keen to try cherries in more savory dishes. I love that Lemon for Lulu pairs cherries with brie (great combo!) and that Stir and Strain roasts the cherries before adding them to a drink.
