The Swiss Cake Roll: A Homemade, Oversized Version of Little Debbie Snacks

I stumbled upon the Cooking By Moonlight blog on Pinterest, and it's where I discovered this rolled cake. The jelly roll technique is pretty basic, something I imagine you'd learn in pastry school or find in a cookbook, but this version takes the jelly roll and turns it into an oversized nostalgic treat!
