Monterey Bay Aquarium offers one of the great ocean-friendly seafood guides we talked about last week. Food blog Leather District Gourmet took their guide as inspiration for a food blog event - Sustainable Seafood Month.

Jacqueline invited cooks and chefs to submit recipes using the best sustainable seafood from the Monterey Bay Aquarium list. She received delicious recipes from all over the country, including a Kerala Fish Bake, Pan-Fried Butter Garlic Prawns, and Seared Chesapeake Rockfish over minted pumpkin and crispy kale.
