We recently saw a commercial for an air freshener in which a woman describes the icky, lingering smell of onions or garlic that so permeated her house she needed to stock up on something that instead smelled like an artificial flowering meadow.
We sort of get it — she wants her house to smell fresh, not like last night's dinner. But we tend to love the smell of onions and garlic. It means something tasty is afoot in our kitchen. Even when it sticks around for a while, we don't mind. And that got us thinking...
We like all of the above, although stale chicken smells can get a little annoying.
Anyone out there using air fresheners to get rid of cooking odors?
