Chocolate has a reputation for being addictive, and even though it has yet to be classed with heroin and nicotine, there are people out there who need their fix every single day. Are you one of those people? Do you have to have chocolate, and if so, what form does your daily dose take? Fudge? Cake? Or straight up, unadulterated Valhrona?

Every night my husband and I have to have one square off the bar 70% dark chocolate from Green&Black's Organic. Used to buy the champagne truffles from LaMaison Du'Chocolat, but it was getting to be an expensive addiction, plus ganache has eggs and got to watch the cholesterol.
my latest chocolate addiction is trader joe's milk chocolate covered pretzels. i also love green & black's milk chocolate bars and whole foods chocolate coconut macaroons. every once in a while, i will splurge on a vosges barcelona bar. yum!
I'm one of the weird people who don't crave chocolate. Never really developed a taste for it, as my parents thought I was allergic (I wasn't) and never let me have any until I was maybe 12 years old.
I didn't, but now that you mention it...
gosh darn, once again it won't let me take the survey. I vote a big YES!
Yes, yes, a thousand times yes. I am sick and presently have a pretty diminished sense of taste, but damn if I didn't NEED to have a square of my 70% Green & Black's after lunch. OK, two.
A plain square of dark chocolate is enough for me. :)
Yes, I do crave chocolate monthly. I usually crave chocolate chip cookies with walnuts. :)
