If you're having a crowd over for the Superbowl, you might be looking for a low-maintenance, easy idea for food. Here's one idea we've used before with success: Host a baked potato party! You provide the potatoes (plan on two per person). Simply wash, dry, and bake them all in your oven at once at 400 degrees for about an hour. No need for foil. Guests can bring toppings, which can range in cost and ease of preparation from a tub of sour cream to a crock pot of chili.
Chances are you'll end up with a huge range of toppings and some really yummy and warming potatoes. We just hosted a party like this for a white elephant gift exchange and it was a simple way to entertain after the decadent holidays.
