It's almost Friday, so how about something sweet and fun? This mini paper cutout oven by Lucy Engelman is modeled after the one in her family's kitchen. She keeps it on her studio desk to remind her of all the "happy, delicious moments" she's had with family in the past, and the ones to come when she heads into the kitchen to cook after a day's work.

You can print and assemble this oven yourself. Keep in on your desk as a sweet, whimsical reminder that cooking brings joy, relaxation, and good things to you and your family. Enjoy!

Cute! Thank you!
thank you lucy! mine will include a tiny ceramic tile on a trivet : 'no matter where i serve my guests, it seems they like my kitchen best'. the one on my stove graced my grandmother's stove for all the time she was alive (and she still is, in myheart)
Love it! It makes me think of a miniature paper computer I made for the Social Studies fair in 9th grade.
