It's officially summer time and that means it's getting hot hot hot outside. I spend a lot of time outdoors and I often find myself craving and thirsting for seriously delicious sorbet. I know I'm definitely not the only one; so I found some really great summer sorbet treats.
You can serve it in a mason jar, plastic cup or glass bowl — it doesn't matter the vessel because sorbet is seriously delicious. It's most definitely a travesty if your mouth isn't watering at the mere thought of Campari-Citrus Sorbet or Pineapple Sorbet.
I've had sorbet made from hundreds of different ingredients and I'm very rarely disappointed, that's why I know these will be seriously delicious summer sorbet treats:
• Satsuma Sorbet, Kiss My Spatula
• Campari-Citrus Sorbet, Mowielicious
• Woodchuck Draft Cider Sorbet, Elle's New England Kitchen
• Fruit Juice Sorbet, Zoe Bakes
• Pineapple Sorbet, My Recipes

i've been dragging my feet about making sorbet, but i think it's time. this tennessee heat is getting serious!
Thanks for the roundup. It's rainy and 60 degrees where I am but I'm thinking ahead and making some sorbet and ice cream bases now. I'll stash 'em in the fridge and throw them into the machine next week just in time for muggy weather.
I love sorbet! How can I make them without an ice cream maker?
