Mark Bittman does it again! Just in time for the Fourth of July, The Minimalist offers a list of 101 mouthwatering, inspiring, and fast recipes for grilling. From figs to bacon, there's something for everyone to try this summer.

In his latest 101 list, Bittman gives new ideas for old standbys, as well as ingredients you might never have thought of grilling. There are suggestions for every craving and course: vegetables and fruits, meat, fish and shellfish, kebabs, salads, burgers, sandwiches and breads, and desserts ... and even a drink!

We've highlighted tahini tofu steaks, pineapple with peanut butter-sriracha chili sauce, Italian sausage and figs on a bun, and bread salad on a stick to try at our next barbecue.
